Participants in this program will learn:

  • The complete matwork exercises from beginning to advanced levels
  • The complete aparatus exercises for the
    •  Reformer
    • Cadillac
    • Wunda chair
    • Pilates Arc on the Reformer and Spine corrector,
    • Ped-a-pul, Ladder barrel and small props from beginning to advanced levels
  • The appropriate resistance for each exercise
  • Visual assessment of each client
  • Pregnancy and Pilates
  • Preparation for the national certification exam for the Pilates Method Alliance

Tuition includes

  • The PMA Study guide
  •  TPSLV certification syllabus
  •  A 6 month unlimited membership for TPSLV student teachers.
    • Each student will be able to do all practice hours, observation, student teaching, and unlimited classes at the studio.
Course fee$ 4250.00. No refunds. Payment for course is done in three installments.. Credit cards accepted. This is a 7 month certification course.   Schedule is subject to change.

    • You agree that all classes require a 12 hour cancellation
    • Monthly Unlimited Members: You agree to pay a $20 fee for a Late Cancel or No Show.
    • Clients with a Class Package agree to forfeit a class for a Late Cancel or No Show.
    • You agree to keep a valid credit card on file.
    • You will sign a waiver that removes all liability from The Pilates Studio Las Vegas and authorizes The Pilates Studio Las Vegas to charge the credit card on file for late cancels and no shows
