The perfect combination of mat and reformer exercises for mothers to be.  This class incorporates appropriate modifications to strengthen and stretch the pregnant body in just the right places.  If it is your first time doing Pilates, please join us during your 2ndand 3rd trimesters.  Returning Pilates students are welcome throughout their pregnancies.
